Headquartered in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, iPay Technologies began with the dedication and strong will of eight employees in 2001. Since then, iPay has continued to grow with more than 275 employees, 2,500 financial institutions, and almost 1,000,000 bill pay subscribers.
